Whether you are moving in 3 months or 3 weeks determining what needs to be completed can be stressful.  We can map out when to start and what needs to be accomplished to ensure a seamless move; including selecting an experienced moving company and arranging and/or coordinating a variety of other services such as liquidators, charity pickups, handymen and recyclers in the greater Seattle area.

As your personal move coordinator we assist with decisions on which items should move to, and fit into, the new home.  We help sort (closets, garage, attic, etc.) and make plans for all of your belongings.  We will coordinate with you to determine how best to allocate your possessions and assist with distribution and/or packing of items you no longer need.  

We will ensure your belongings are carefully packed, clearly labeled and organized to be moved to the correct location in the new home, storage or other location.  We go room-by-room, taking care to note how things are arranged so we can recreate the same order in your new home.

We arrive first thing in the morning to load any last-minute boxes (bedding, refrigerator contents, etc.).  We will also oversee the moving company as they load your belongings and trouble shoot any final issues.  In the new home, we will direct the work of the movers – ensuring furniture and boxes land in the correct location.  We will unpack items needed immediately.

We unpack and organize to maximize your space and turn your house into a home.  We even make your bed!  Once you have settled in, our team can come back and coordinate final adjustments, maybe it’s a piece of furniture moved, pictures hung or just a bit more de-cluttering – we can help.
